• This program is based on the Elder program initiated in 2012 to spread the ‘Myrna’ role and sustain the growth of Lewis Deep Democracy. Today we have a sufficient number of experienced Elders assisting the lDD community.

  • Based on the success of the program and the personal value past participants gained, Myrna is creating a program for anyone wanting to learn LDD’s method of providing coaching support. Existing coaches will be able to deepen their facilitation and coaching skills. And for those people interested in becoming a coach, it will lay a robust foundation.

Primary Goals

This program concentrates on deepening your self-awareness and equipping you with advanced facilitation skills enabling you:

  • To deliver the Lewis Deep Democracy style of coaching.

  • The ability to support and facilitate a person who is grappling with an emotional issue or struggle; enabling the person to gain insight, awareness and overcome their problem.

Personal Growth

  • The course will concentrate on your own personal growth. You will be practising the skills on one another resulting in heightened self-awareness. And through your focused practice and application of LDD, your Metaskills will be honed.

  • Personal growth is sustained and integrated when you take time to reflect. You will be asked to journal and submit the journal once a month.
